How do I send a PM : Othor Games

This is probably silly question, but I can't find the send PM button. I've read the faq and it didn't help.

EDIT: it seems that it showed up right after posting first post lol

I think that's a security measure to stop people making accounts and pm spamming people/moderators for whatever reason.
