What ever happened to We are listening to the community?

Crytek,

I know you do not like insults. However, it seems to the console community that you stopped communicating. The PC gamer can go to Incrysis or Crymod (Where Cry-Adam is now). We are stuck with problems in this game with no acknowledgement or future patch notes. I never seen a developer, other than infinityward, abandon the console community, but at least it is fun and playable without so many bugs. It seems to the community that Crytek does not care to communicate about the issues. Cry- Tom, the community manager, does not tweet about anything. Sometimes I think community does not mean anything or you are stuck with a position you did not want at Crytek.

You build games for the PC, but you communicate as if you are using a pigeon to communicate with the community. People are not buying the DLC because you are not active. I bought this game for the total package including support from the developer. You are showing the community that any game Crytek makes only have a shelf life of 3 months while COD versions have a shelf life of 4 years. Dice is doing a better job supporting its game after three years.

You probably won't read this because the console community does not matter, but I thought I would give it a try.

yeah if they were to answer the questions we have, this community can grow, and we can talk about REAL ingame stuff instead of the crap that is given us.
