Does the level of the item matter in disenchanting? : V

Im bearing down on 100 enchanting with my Archmage Telios Blackraven, level 32 now.

And I want to know, when I disenchant does it matter if its like Extreme Smithing or just plain Smithing enchantment that I DISenchant?

Sure the strength of the disenchanted effect has no influence.
Has disenchanted different skill boost items with different strength and they get the same effect.
