Skyrim & Greece

Post » Thu Dec 08, 2011 9:02 am

Hello!

I'm pretty sure that everyone is enjoying Skyrim and sorry for the bump but I'm not one of those lucky ones!

I live in Greece and I have a pre-order of the PC version of the game from one of our biggest retail shops. I order it from here and not UK cause the insured me that the game will be here on 11/11.

11/11 came but not the game. It seems that the Publisher of Skyrim decided not to send the PC versions of the game to Greece cause there was a huge demand at UK.
Are we serious?! What, we are 2nd class citizens or something?! If you had something like this in mind, was that hard to say something before release so the ones that want it near the release date will order it from somewhere else?!

Many of my friends say that I'm stupid that I wait the retail version of the game and I should just download a copy from the internet. I will not lie, I thought it, but I don't want it, not for a game like this.

All this is un-expectable! Learn to trit your customers better!
Also, it's very bad that you ignore the problem. Why there isn't an official post about this?!

Take it up with retailer. It seems from you post you may have done that already...

Then contact skyrim customer support...

Thanks man but I can still order it from UK and have the game sometime in next week!

I'm just angry cause if I knew it from the beginning, I would already have it. It's just sad that the game will be available to Greece at 22/11, 11 days later than the rest of the world..

I was to exited for an awesome game like this, so you know, the disappointment is kinda huge.

Well Greece is smaller, they had to cover for the bigger markets first. That's all there is to it. I'd tell you to get it through steam but since you have preordered it, it's no use.

This is Beth's contact details. They have an e-mail link there. You'll have more chance for a reply using the e-mail there. In the forums most of the posts will be ironic remarks.
