What in-game books were written by Michael Kirkbride?

I know he wrote the 36 Lessons of Vivec and the Commentaries on the Mysterium Xarxes. What else did he write (from Daggerfall to Skyrim)?

Off the top of my head:

Monomyth, Varieties of Faith, Songs of King Wulfharth, Arcturian Heresy, Where Were You When the Dragon Broke, Songs of Pelinal, Adabal-a, Shezarr and the Divines. I'm probably missing some, and I might have misremembered the authorship of one or two (if so, sorry). It's not a book, but part of his Many-Headed Talos appears as dialog in Skyrim.

And forum posts like The Seven Fights of the Alduagga and The 500 Companions of Ysgramor are alluded to, although I don't think either made it into the final game in book form.

Probably because both are very, very silly, and Todd is srs bsns.
