Processor speed + number of cores.
Graphics card
RAM
Intended gameplay resolution

Those are the four important things.

Anyway the major difference between those two (that I got from a quick glance) is that you're choosing between a Radeon HD 6650M and a 540M. From my understanding a 6650M isn't really a card intended for gaming given its numbering.
