I'm sure this has been mentioned or discussed somewhere but I can't find it so... When do things regenerate or come back?

Like...

• When do normal outdoor plants / Alchemy Ingredients grow back? Things like Flowers, Insects, and/or Fish?
  
• When do Harvested Plants grow back, like Wheat at Farms?
  
• When do Ore Veins replenish and/or come back?
  
• When do caves and/or dungeons replenish their enemies? When do the bandits or whatever enemies come back after you've cleared it once? (They do replenish right?)
  
• When do vendors or merchants restock their wares and amount of gold they have to buy/sell stuff?

Just want to know how long I have to wait before they reappear so I know when to head back?

Is it a set amount of days or months?

And if you know about any others that I didn't mention that you know about please include them as well...

Its a while, not noticed any hard and fast rules and for some reason the ore in the orc mine out east seems to stubbornly refuse to respawn.

Have you tried the UESP wiki for Skyrim?

I've tried many forums... http://www.neoseeker.com/forums/52479/t1697386-clearing-dungeons/ says that cleared dungeons never respawn enemies? Is that true? Stupid if so...

Ore Veins are suppose to respawn after about one month.

Merchants 2 days wait time...

Nobody knows on plants but my friend said the Wheat on Farms doesn't replenish, for him anyways...? True?

Some people seem to think that enemies do respawn in caves/dungeons after some time but it takes a long while though. Possibly more than a months wait?

Also I've seen some people say they only respawn if you get a radiant quest or a different misc quests in that cleared dungeon but bosses don't respawn.

Dungeons do get inhabited again after about a month passes in-game. If you have the PC version, there is a mod available that can shorten it.

Plants in farms also respawn, but I'm not sure how long. I was able to harvest all the nirnroot twice from a farm that grew them.

Okay thanks for letting me know farm plants do come back. I was a bit worried I'de have to find some wild wheat somewhere lol.

It looks like everything I asked about does respawn but you just gotta wait about a month to a month and half to get them to do so... That's fine with me and I'm glad everything or most everything comes back after some time. I'm also glad it takes longer than in Oblivion.
