So i was looking at making a new char and i was trying to plan out my perks, when my best friend Google came across this Perk Calculator it really was nice to have, adding up perks and trying to remember what number your at sux.

I see there is a link on a tool to reperk your character. I would caution anyone who tries this to use a forked save as some have reported really weird issues when consoling perks on or off of a character.
