Oh dear god. I swear, one day, I will get used to your mythic technobabble. One day!
This is awesome.

Padhomic force
Redguard belief. Padomay did everything; Anu is just that pleasant hum in the background. Granted, they fuse it into Satakal, and then that harkens back to the world-changing-ending AurielAlduin. Then I get confused.

Cyrodillic plan
Leaning more on the paradise despite convention. Anyone can get back to the Far Shores. If your life was badass enough
[Edit! Gah! I forgot the real reason why I didn't pick the Thalmor Idea. Highlander 5 had a terrible ending]

Pick yer poison
I'm still in dizzy. Tsun dies. Ohmgd trinimac it makes sense.
Mundus svcks, but make the best of it.
General merry ancestor worship
I probably misinterpreted this one. Gods-as-ancestors, right?
I'm going to stretch it to heroes-as-gods and keep it. Hero worship
Overall Mundus is boring
Needs cotton candy

Anu:
He exists where his sister doesn't. As far as I know, I exist, so I suppose I'm with him by default.

Altmer:
Basically, it just sounds like the most fun. If I could be anything, it'd be a god (among many. Being sole god would svck). CHIM is nice and all, but seems kinda impossible to evaluate, y'know? Who can say if CHIM is better or worse, its so... alien. As for mortal life? Pffh, been there, done that. And while they're executing their plan, they're doing it in syle, with measured paces.

TRINIMAC:
Tri-ni-ma-cuh
Trinimac our lord and savior
Tri-ni-ma-cuh
Trimicac's the greatest slayer
Tri-ni-ma-cuh

I feel like you can clearly point to the exile of the Orismer as the point at which the Altmer went wrong, and stopped being winners.

Altmeri:

They're generationaly closer to the dawn, and are golden elves.

Bad Mundus:
Without the Mundus, there is no poop, or burnt toes. QED, the Mundus is bad.

I never would have guessed there was an option for those of us who prefer MK as their preferred local CHIMnet supergradient telnooic-interface-primate. Thanks for including my demographic, Haute.

After all, we owe the existence of the Aurbis to their interplay.

Anupad: It's as if Apple suddenly began appealing to the Elder Scrolls consumer base.

Get of mah land!: To each his own. Just don't let the bloody Thalmor have its way.

Strong God: D'aww shucks. I'm quoting you by the way, MinotaurWarrior.

Dwemeri Liturgical Calculus: Liturgical calculus? I've attended those sermons before.

Good. It brought sweet rolls into existence, no? Forget reclaiming godhood. The future is in Skingrad!

AnuPad; can't have one without the other, and need both.
I like how each option in that section has exactly the same amount of votes at the moment.

Nobody's got the best plan, because so many people have a good plan. More than one way to skin a fish.

Space God's my man; he's endlessly interesting for a corpse.

And as far as religion I'll go with Khajiit, 'cause their sugar's so sweet.

It's as good as one makes it.

AnuPad, Thalmor, Space God, MK is my drug of choice, and boring. I'm all over the map today.

Padhome, Cyrodiil, Lorkhan, MK, Mundus=good.

About the only one that requires explanation is that Padhome is the creative/destructive force, the fire, to Anu's tinder, to borrow Mankar's metaphor. I happen to find that more inspiring than unanimated wood (and status quo).

Elsewise, the rest is pretty easy to figure out.

What, am I the only fan of the Yokudan gods?

Very tempted to vote for "Bosmeri Phytolatry" or "Subrosa Daedra Worship" for the excellent names alone.

You dang kids, always lighting my log cabin on fire!
It's weird, but I just happen to really love wood. Have you ever seen a tree stripped of all its bark? Effin' Gorgeous.

They have my favorite names, and, to be honest, are my second favorite religion. Gotta love the "God of Nobody-Really-Cares."

You sure you're not in-line with the Bosmer?

And don't forget the fan-favorite: The "God of We-Have-Way-To-Many-Gods".

I'm with the Mane (when he's not dead), the Inner Eye. Everyone takes this world far too seriously. The Mer and the Men want to transcend Nirn or free her by conquest. Just delight in her! They have no souls.

Liturgical calculus and forced godhood FTW! I also admire the various Dunmeri traditions, but they have serious imperfections: Veloth's Responsible Architecture and so forth get a bit 'oh noes we mustn't upset the daedra'- an inevitable limitation; the Tribunal are a bunch of treacherous navel-gazers; Dagoth's shared dream project is awesome but simply too cruel, to both its friends and its enemies; and exaltation of Sithis, as awesome as he is, is not really enough by itself (note that I'm not thinking exclusively of the lame DB Sithis).

No prizes for guessing I picked Lorkhan and Mundus. The realm of possibily is so much greater than some mythical infinite imperfection- the Anupad must have been imperfect, because Mundus happened.

I went with the pro-imperial choice, though my own view is more nuanced.

Nice poll!

I find it hilarious that he's the only god-form no one has selected yet. Poor Arkay. Hated or distrusted or apathized by pretty much everyone.

Anupadhomay, for without the Is's and Is Not's, I wouldn't have any Maybe's.

Cyrodiilic Empire, just because "Get Off My Land" doesn't seem to commit to enough action (something is, when it comes to competing against the likes of the Thalmor, better than nothing).

Talos, taking Heaven by violence since 2E 828.

My current favorite flavor would have to be MK.

And the Mundus is good. I'd take existence, with all of its unpleasantness and aches and pains and depressions any day, so long as there also exists, somewhere, a quiet place I've never seen before.

Just mentioning, since your post on 'Mythic Economics' of the Empire vs. Aldmer, I find your commentary enlightening. And "Dreamsleeve People's Republic" is now in my top ten favorite terms.

I empathize with what the Altmer are going for, but I agree more with the Tribunal method. Anu-Padomey, get-off meh land approach allows for much more metaphysical mischief, (Cyrodiilic empire, second choice though,) space god Lorkhan; just because Mundus exists because of him and allows us realize Mundus is ultimately boring and simulataneiously gives us the possibility of finding an escape.
