invest in skyrim

just so we can get started. i have about 30g right now in the game. not hurting by any means. and i know i can eventually invest in stores. but thats taking a while. anywho. in obv i was head of a priate crusade and i could have them go plunder for me. i LOVED that aspect of the game. i am the leader of a lot of factions right now. companions, darkbrotherhoods, ect. why cant i have them go do random events for me and bring me back some coin??

also, since i have yet to invest in a store. how much return can i expect to see from them annually when i do invest???

thoughts?

Investing in a store only means that they'll regularly have more money when you sell stuff to them.

I kind of liked the Dunbarrow cove DLC, the housing was crap but the fence and sending off pirate's to plunder wasn't too bad. I would probably buy a Housing DLC but only if it's epic, the only Housing DLC i actually liked was BattleHorn castle but it was a bit basic even when fully furnished etc.
