dragon, in real world, they have to run fast enough to actually takes off.. the real question is, can their wings support its weight in the air?

at around lvl 30 on my archer i got attacked while traveling on foot 1 time (not at a mound), but almost every time i fast travel a long distance there is a dragon waiting for me. 5 times in a row is my current record, but there have been many 3 in a row then a break for a couple of fast travels then another 2+ in a row
