Just wondering if anyone has tried playing as a truly evil, murderous type? Like sacrificing your companions, or rampaging villages, or wiping out all the town guards? Is there any benefit, other than knowing you rule the land with a Daedric Armored fist? Or would doing something like that totally screw up a lot of your quests, if you're killing people who could end up being quest givers or people you need to see along the way?

Just randomly killing everyone isn't evil, it's just stupid. The Thalmore are evil, they are ruthless in their persuit of their own agenda, but they don't make a point out of killing people just because "it's evil", they will use every tool at their disposal.
