I can guarantee it doesn't go past 50. I think 41 might do it, or maybe 46.

im 44 and still leveling fast i dont think it stops at 50

I think 50's the limit although I have still yet to encounter Daedric weapons at 46 besides a couple Daedric Arrows.

I've found quite a few Daedric weapons and armor, but they keep giving me great axes

I also just found Dragonplate gloves in a chest and I'm only 41.
