My current character is a level 26 2H Nord Warrior, which means I've gotten 250 extra points to spend on health/magicka/stamina.

I've spent all in Health, which should give me 100 + 250 = 350.
However, I have 369 health, and it's not explained by anything in the "Active Effects" tab nor any equipment I'm using.
This is kind of annoying because I feel like I'm exploiting a bug or something to get advantages >.> even though that was not intentional.

Anyone else with the same problem? Any solutions?

Trying to fix it with player.modav health -19 still makes it green, even though the value is what I should have in the first place.

Make sure you don't have any blessings. Take off all your clothes, armour and weapons and see if it stays the same.

No blessings, no equipment, nothing in inventory, nothing in active effects.

Heh, seems the bug from Oblivion's still here then.

No idea if this command still works, but try Player.RemoveAllActiveEffects

If not, try praying at an altar to remove diseases. And if still not, just enjoy the minor health buff I guess. Just put 1 less point into health next level up
