Hey all

Im new to the whole Elder Scrolls series and Skyrim is the only one ive played and thus far im loving it. But i have a question... im a dark elf and im wearing the full Elven armour (s) but how do i enchant it?

Ive got some soul gems, common, petty and another one i cant remember what it was called. oh and some fragmented ones too.

ive learnt the resist frost enchantment but cant put all three together? :s am i missing something?

Not all gear can receive all enchantments. Not sure if frost resist can go on chest pieces. It is a matter of going to enchanting table, disenchanting the effect you want to copy, selecting the item you want to enchant, selecting the effect, selecting a soul gem, and then combining. If it is a weapon enchant, you need to adjust the charges/damage ratio.

OKk so im on now and ive gone to an arcane table and selected each piece of armour and weapon i own and i cant enchant any with the frost resist :S

You don't have any souls in the gems.

Hmmm... And the soul gems you have are filled with souls? E.g. Grand Soul Gem (grand), Common Soul Gem (lesser)? Not simply Common Soul Gems/Lesser Soul Gems?

its says "filled with lesser soul" i take that as its got a soul in it.
