Hi guys!

First and for most, this game is amazing!!! I find myself forgetting i have a main quest and get so caught up in the side quests, next thing i know 3 hours have gone by

Im confused what the dragon souls actually do when you kill a dragon. I mean, i don't notice any change in my character or in my shouts. Whats the purpose of them.

Also, is there a good guide on this site for properly gearing and leveling a "warrior" class character?

Dragon Souls enable the Words that you learn to become Shouts.

Dragon Souls unlock the Shouts you learn.

You absorb them and use them to unlock shouts.

Dragon Souls allow you to unlock more shouts you find. And going a pure Warrior is pretty fun (just annoying when fighting a Dragon in a city). My Warrior uses 2-handers (preferably Axes or hammers), Heavy Armour, Blacksmithing......and that's about it. (that's right, no enchanting).

You use dragon souls to unlock more shouts and increase the power of them.
