I've seen a lot of advice around for US based user having issues downloading the pre-order bonus content for PS3. I'm in the UK, and I (and a couple of my friends) are as yet still unable to download our bonuses.

In fact, we have not even been able to enter our codes. The "downloadable content" option in the game menu is greyed out. I can't find anything on the PSN store. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Am I looking in the wrong places, or is it still not fixed?

My Caravan Pack worked fine when I entered it.

My tribal pack from Amazon UK worked also.

Just go to the playstation store on your PS3 and enter your code there and then you can download your bonus content through the store.

When you fire up the game the content will be then visible under download content.

I got the same problems in the Netherlands, I pre-order the game and was given 2 pre-order bonuses, but both didn't work in the redeem codes section in PSN.

i have a US PS3 and my pre-order DLC worked fine day 1, but i have experienced a number of freezes and other bugs (miguels pawn shop door glitch?) BS

Did you preorder from UK? Then you gotta create an UK based user on your PS3 to access the UK PSN store. I had to do the same thing since I live in Germany and ordered from UK.

I live in the Netherlands too and I haven't been able to download the Classic Pack, but the game does show up in the saves list as 'Fallout: New Vegas (UK'.
But I did not import it so perhaps the European version always shows up as 'Fallout: New Vegas (UK)'.

Thanks that was the solution. I didn't pre-order from the UK, but it was a UK version.

Quick note:
When I applied Tribal Pack bonus, it wiped out my inventory removing the pistol, some ammo, caps, vault 21 overalls. I thought the definition of "bonus" is that it's "in addition" to whatever you have. Wiping out inventory... NOT COOL.

Pre-order from Amazon (Tribal Pack) for PC.
Running Win XP on a very capable machine.
Registered bonus without problem via (stupid) Steam.
