I need HELP!

How the hell do I get up the mountain to high hrothgar??? I need to see the Greybeards and I've spent (no exaggeration!) over 6 hours looking for a *bleeeeep* *bleeeeeeeepin* way up this damn mountain! Someone please post a YT link or pics, etc. that can help me get there!

Go to Ivarstead (it should be marked on your map), and from there there's the path known as the 7000 Steps. Have fun.

You go back to Helgen, and walk past it, then you follow the road to Ivarstead. Hope that helps.

You are probably trying to go up the wrong way, on the eastern side by a small town there is a pathway up where you just follow the stairs all the way up the mountain.

Yep, Ivarstead, it's pretty obvious from there.
Don't forget to speak to the villagers and get the quest to bring supplies up to the greybeards.

It is a long trek around the mountain to the town of Ivarstead. Once there you should see your path heading up. Watch out for the frost troll...

Ok.. I'm going back in..

I have discovered Ivarstead and fast travelled back, took the path towards Helgen cuz someone else told me before it was behind Riverwood.. I'll see if I can find the path to 7000 steps by going further into Ivarstead.

psst.. It's across a bridge in Ivarstead. Then you'll see a $#!^ ton of steps. Good luck.

Standard getting-up-the-mountain strategy: walk around it until you find a way up. Kind of hard to miss the SEVEN THOUSAND steps up there.

If your stuck still you could use the clairvoyance spell - it told me the exact way to go as described above
