In the mission Forbidden Legend
The 3rd task is "read daynas valens notes"
I found his journal in a camp site & read it.

Nothing happens.

Now this mission always shows my current location on the map, as if I am the objective - as if i still need to read the book i am carrying.
Yet I have read it, but it doesnt do anything.

You need to find his body in the tomb by his body. it's right on the path in the tomb

I have been though the falangor? tomb & cleared it.
I may have done that before this part of the 'read notes' mission.

I am currently back inside the tomb & at Daynas's body, but he has nothing other than robes/dagger.
I will continue though.

However, I asked my friend about this quest & last night he went though the same quest.
His mission has now progressed past 'read notes' & says 'find the secret' or something like that.
My mission still says 'read notes' & has no objective marker.

If you're on a PC you need to progress the quest manually with the console (use google and the skyrim wiki's for specifics) if you're on xbox/ps you're boned.

This isnt a spoiler, this is a BUG. This quest is glitched & can not be completed.

I have to be able to explain the BUG a little bit by mentioning the name of the mission & the task or how can i report it?
I didnt give any specifics about the story.

Well I may have posted in the wrong section, I couldn't find a specific bugs section, although now I have found it.

There are no spoilers in the post you quoted. The only thing that could possibly be a spoiler in the loosest sense is 'body', which I did not originally post, someone else already mentioned that.
I don't see how knowing there is a 'body' in a mission is a spoiler since there are about 50 of them in every place you go.

Anyway, I don't want to argue over it, whatever. I just think its over reacting a bit if i cant ask about an issue without being shouted at for the tiniest thing.
