Revealing the unseen BUG! HALP D: 360 : V

I am aware of some of the bugs/glitches for this quest on the pc (which has been known to gpu drivers)
I however am playing this game on the 360 i see the beams, However my spells (frost & flames) don't expand or contract the beams when i use it on the crystal.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so is there a fix? Also is the update for Skyrim via 360 in 2 weeks going to fix this if there is no fix?

Post a video on youtube of what happens for you. Will do two things;

1. Avoid the 'your doing it wrong' comments that I want to make.
2. Let people see whats occurring and give valid feedback.

Sorry for the bad quality i recorded this with my phone.
I have done every achieve in the game except the 2 mage guild quests which in this video shows its bug'd/glitched for me.
Or I'm stupid and doing it wrong which i highly doubt.
