A few quick questions about playstyles.

Post » Thu Dec 08, 2011 10:39 pm

I won't waste any time. Just wanted some tips as I want to make a new character (as being an archer got rather boring to me).

Is Dragon Scale armor light or heavy armor?

Does alteration have any damaging or even remoteley useful combat spells other than paralysis and dragon skin?

Is their really nothing more to illusion than invisiblity, fear, calm, and fury spells? Isn't that a bit underhwhelming?

How useful is Alchemy?

Is the stealth/assassin playstyle fun? does it ever get old?

Which do you prefer, Smithing or Enchantment?

I don't want to play a super OP style that makes this game tedious instead of challenging, I just want to get the most fun out of the game as I can.

I would appreciate any answers from anyone, as long as they aren't entirely jerkish.

Both. One, because their both the easiest Perks to level up. Two, they are OP in Skyrim.

is there enough perks to fill up five trees though? and I'd rather not be OP.

I think there's both

How useful is Alchemy?
I've dabbled. Pretty damn useful. So far I've mostly used to make Restores and Resists (fire for dragon fights, poison for spider fights etc).

Which do you prefer, Smithing or Enchantment?
Never used Enchantment (yes, believe it) and smithing is kinda cool for the novelty. I like it but I'm aware to not overuse it. It's only overpowering if you OVERUSE it, people.

Have fun
