I'm new to Elder Scrolls, and I plan to be a orc or a nord for my melee and archery tank. I want to know if you can get all the perks in a skill tree, that goes for every skill. Also how many skills and perks can you max out on one character? Example: I wanted to max out/get to 100 and all perks, one-handed, block, heavy armor, smithing, and archery. Is that possible? Please help me... I made a forum post a while ago and no one answered me... :shakehead:
