Planning to make a ass ownage mage and would perfer to not start gimping my self fromt he start-Any guidance would be appreciated and would make me love you long time.Im a breton (thinking endgame)Electro Ice or fire(pick your poison) and why you chose (obviously)

Fire is the best starting choice because NPCs on fire take extra damage. Use shock damage against mages since shock damage drains magicka and frost damage...well it slows NPCs
down. Buy up all the low level destruction spells and look at the perk tree and see which one you want.

Fire for animals/creatures
Ice for Melee attackers
Shock for Mages

I don't use destruction, but that's my two cents.

Hmm it seems that it is true each class has a strength/weakness-fire is for pure "even damage to all" ice is towards melee-and lighting is inbetween-because it can screw with both-thanks for the tip was inclined to lighting as well-i dont like having to be int he middle of hell to cast a master spell
