if you want to be an elitist get it after 35 , or craft or , if you dont care then get it WHEN you like and stop [censored]ing , you can for sure get all game with 1 version of the items . I for example plan to get them at 35+ cos i dont want crafted i like the look on those . But maybe ill craft myself better items before 35 and switch to those after
