I'm the [censored] Archmage

they seriously need to remove random comments like that... restrict those to when i actually INITIATE dialogue with someone and not every freakin time i walk by them. it really gets ridiculous when guards insult me for being the new member of the companions, hail me as its leader, then threaten to haul me off to the dungeon.

in oblivion, people made comments like this ONCE then just said "hi" or whatever. when i can use OBLIVION as an example of good ai, there is a SERIOUS problem...

Haha, you're so right man. It's a dark day for skyrim when Oblivion had something better.

It's the price for meeting that fancy 11-11-11 deadline. Seriously, who cares if your game comes out on a unique date? I would have preferred waiting half a year longer and get a fully finished product with all promised features and proper guilds instead.

I had the same for the imperials. Sometimes you see 3 imperials carrying of a stormcloak prisoner, even though I joined there faction they would say something along the lines off "out of my way citizen, imperial business". Freaking annoying instead of inviting me to help the escort, I joined there faction dumb assess.

I tried to assasinate him with my new made thief. NOPE!!! stupid [censored] essential!!!

Essential? We're talking about Farengar Secret-Fire, in Whiterun?

Odd. I definitely killed him. Even visited his urn in the hall of the dead.

But on topic....yeah, I could really do without the NPCs having to say something every time I just bump into them. Especially when it's the same couple lines over and over.

I should probably bring up the fact that no random NPC recognizes you as Dragonborn. Even if they just saw you kill and absorb the souls of 50 dragons.

I get NPCs commenting on it sometimes. But then sometimes they pay no attention to the GIANT DRAGON SKELETON in the middle of their town.

... I killed him. I think he loses his essential status after you finish the first part of the main quest

Heh, I just killed a dragon and then a NPC talks about how (s)he "may be the dragonborn". I gave them a shout to prove they weren't .

Well no matter how far you're in the guild, people still you fetch the mead for the Companions.

But it could be worse. Way too many people say the following line: "I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow to the knee." Skyrim -The land of the cripple.
