Anyone made anything like this?

Is there anything for Morrowind that looks like King Cailan's armor in dragon age? Ever since I saw him the first time I played it, I thought it was some of the coolest looking armor I've ever seen.

Im sure someone could use the models already in the game to come up with something pretty close. Its the texture that would be difficult.

Doesnt the armor in ALL fantasy RPGs look like that already? I mean, oversized and overly ornate? Im sure someone could use the models already in the game to come up with something pretty close. Its the texture that would be difficult.

Hey, at least a blade couldn't get anywhere within... Oh, 2 feet? of you. :P

That looks like it could be made by smushing Daedric and Dwemer together, with some inspiration from Adamantium maybe. The textures are simple gold-ish, with the borders having a gloss or environment map applied?

It's some of my favorite armor that I've ever seen in a game before.

If there's one thing that can be said about Dragon Age armor, it's that it LOOKS like armor. No Chainmail Bikini's here. Of course, that won't stop me from grabbing the skimpiest armors I'll find once I get it installed again.

I too thought that the King's armor looks nice, but have you seen it in the game? Seriously, it's like they're floating on each other, especially at the pauldrons. They move and shift like crazy. And it looks so heavy...

I'm sure it could be done, though I'm not sure how well it would work on the Morrowind skeletons if it was kept as bulky as in the game. Heavy armor in Dragon Age tends to be fairly bulky (Which is fine, of course, it is, you know, heavy armor and all that.) I could see it causing some clipping if not handled properly.

It looks fine to me, but I have it on an elven mage. It doesn't looks as bulky on me.
