MGE v3.8

Hey guys, I recently started Morrowind up again and I decided to go mod hunting. I "rediscovered" the Morrowind Graphics Extender, which hasn't worked for me in the past, I should say, and have successfully gotten it to work.

First thing. How do I enable the distant lands option? I check the box and it tells me to use the distant land building wizard tool. I am unaware of how to use this tool and I am wondering if there is anything I can download that contains a distant lands file.

Second thing, I am unsure as to how MGE really works. I start it up in 1920x1080 mode and it looks great, textures are a bit sharper and the screen is no longer stretched. Apart from that, nothing looks better.

I have seen mods out that only work with MGE. Are these the things that make the game actually look better? If so, I need a list of wonderful MGE mods to use.
