I've been playing skyrim for more than 20 hours now (based on Steam stats), so I guess I earned the right to start complaining: How come there are no character slots in this game? Why do I need to micro manage my save games in order to switch characters?

Think about pretty much any MMO out there (like WoW for instance). There's always a screen where you can look at all of your characters, their levels, current armor, etc. Like a hall of heroes. How come we don't have this in Skyrim given its character-driven nature? Having to trace back my save list to continue my adventures with an old character it's really annoying. Plus, I would like to be able to display my Norn in all its glory, standing there at the top of a mountain in all that beautiful 3D and... ok, I might be describing the background image of the forums (which it's also my wallpaper), a fact that makes me want this feature even more, hehe.

So, if there's any Skyrim dev reading this, please can you think about this as a feature to include in an upcoming patch? I'm a developer myself and I know this may not be a trivial request (although you can use a save file hierarchy as workaround), but it might be worth it. After all the effort you guys put in character customization, it's a shame you miss this.
