Okay well I think I have made up a great build for me and just want to know what you guys think.

Okay well, I will pretty much be sneak archery as I explore and if things get at little out of hand I will just summon with my Conjuration(Like during dragon encounters and multiple things coming at me).
I chose healing cause I always did like healing and the magicka regen is pretty nice. Also I picked Light armor up for that just in case I do get hit some.(If you think LA isn't needed where should I put the perks instead)

I also have a couple questions. What stone should I use for the 20% faster leveling Thief or Mage? and How should I distribute my stats?(I chose Breton if that helps)

I'd go with thief for your stone. Considering most of your skills are in the Thief tree. Not a bad class. But you may have some trouble healing at times, fire mages are deadly against us light armor users. As for stats I would try to distribute them evenly. That's what I'm doing and I'm playing on expert which is giving the game a good amount of challenge.

I really think you need to pick up 1h for a weapon skill. Conjuration wont tank everything all the time. I probably wouldnt use a skill stone, you level skills quite fast without, and leveling slower will be better for you to get your gear together. Also to do extra damage might want to throw some enchanting in there.

As it stands you are probably going to hit hard spots often unless on easy difficulty

Kinda makes me want to change it up to , Archery, Sneak, 1h-Hand, Light Armor. Not sure what 1-hand skills to get though.
