I was wondering if there was any elder scrolls machinima out there? I was wondering because it seems like it would be easy to make a machinima in the world haveing all the tools with the construction set. if so can you please give me a link i'm thinking of createing a machinima and would like some advice from them.

Yep. There's TONS...of them out there. Try perusing Machinima for a while. One name that comes particularly to mind is Raditztheradish. His series are quite entertaining.
