Is there a way to turn off Kill animations?

Post » Fri Dec 09, 2011 3:24 pm

I do love them, but they are starting to get a bit annoying. :P Is there anyway to turn it off?

And why no Trophy kills?!?!
Okay, that was sarcasm. :P

Rip a dragons spine out and roar as you get its soul.

Because there is just so many times I can see someone pick up a wolf and bash its head in.

As of now nope, I'l keep them as they're few and far between....not to mention they make for some good action oriented screenshots.

You can't turn them off. But they don't even happen that often. like, 2-3 times in an entire dungeon. IF that.

I like them at times, but not often... Only cause it kills the person without leaving a small fragment of health left, and they aren't attacking me when I'm in the animation.

To both:
It happens like everytime I kill the last remaining monster that is on my radar. I use dual wield swords.

you can also go to the console and type "set killmove to 0"

you have to do it each time you load skyrim though

Might be that your knocking them down to about 10%hp making your last attack on them a finisher.

I say 10%hp because Im usually down to about 10%hp when I get finished lol.

I think I'm okay with that. I usually play it for a long time each day anyway.
