You need to do quests for the daedric princes. You can notice which quest is related to daedra due to the art surrounding the quest title looking like oblivion-ish stuff.

im assuming you havent played oblivion?

You get them from doing daedra quests, go to a daedric shrine, finish their quest, and you recieve a daedric artifact

Do favors for the daedric princes and they shall reward you.

The Daedric quests (and rewards) are my favorite in the whole game... I loved them in Oblivion as well..
