I'm doing the Birds of a Feather quest and I'm at the part where Pacer comes up and talks to Simon, but then he just stands there. I can't talk to him, can't pickpocket him, and he doesn't talk to me. If I abandon my post I fail both quests and everyone attacks me, but I don't have any previous saves, and I already tried going into the building we're guarding and talking to everyone, but I don't know what to do. My game is glitched. Please help in any way you can.

BTW, Im playin on the 360, if i go back to my last save i lose 3 hours of play time, thanks for the help people
