Ok so I finally got my first temporary ban on Xbox live for my Bio and I was wondering if
you guys think that my Bio is (Was) bannable.. Ok so it was

Ahh well whatever atleast I have Monster Hunter Tri to fiddle with..

I can understand why they did that.I am sure they are fine with you being against drugs but its just a negative comment that contains drugs.

Pretty justifiable of microsoft, you were insulting and wishing harm upon a group of people generally associated with being incredibly chill. Besides which, smoking marijuana isn't always illegal (prop 215, and the laws in Holland pretty much make it legal) so you can't justify yourself by saying that it's an illegal activity therefore it's their own fault if they get insulted.

I have seen far worse names and far worse things like hacking, and clearly identifiable 360's thats have been hacked.
Even people who openly admitted to having hacked their 360.

People lagging everyone but them selfs to go XXX-0 K/D on Halo 2-3 and other games.

If the name was against TOS you should have been told at the time you created the acciunt name, a simple name check or review by person every day could have avoided this.

It makes me mad that you were banned for that, when i've ran into players with racist slogans in their names, and they haven't received anything...and yes, I've reported them.

Someone has to teach them some manners?
