Daggerfall tavern theme played on lute in Solitude

Anyone spotted this? it probably happens in most taverns but I spotted it in Solitude.. the lute player there plays a slow rendition of the Daggerfall theme... that is 1:25 in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2xa2r-0bTI
