Finding fences? : V

I've completed the thieves guild questline, and now im just having a little bit of trouble finding out how to get fences in other cities than riften?

SO far, fences are the people you do stuff for I think.

Do you AFK after you finish a quest while the NPCs are talking or something? Just type skyrim fences in google, I am sure you will find the answer.

Doing theives guild you meet 3 fences. One at the guild, one at the brewery, and the other near the mages guild.

Did you finish up to the point where Karliah and Brynjolf say that they've decided you should be guildmaster? Or have continued on to where you actually get named guildmaster by the whole guild?

All the Special Jobs that Delvin gives you after you've completed the random jobs (5 jobs in each of the 4 major cities other than Riften) introduces you to your contacts in each major city. As well Tonilla's special job introduces you to roaming fences.
