Way too many dragons — is there a solution?

I've been playing the game for 90 hours, and I've beaten the main quest, but I have nabbed 72 dragon souls. I have more than 40 unused dragon souls. it seems like almost every time (definitely at least half) I fast travel anywhere that is not an instanced major city, there is a dragon flying above — sometimes two. At this point I usually just patiently sneak past them (which takes forever) but sometimes I have to kill them because I can't fast travel or get much done because NPCs are freaking out, etc.

At one point, the courtyard in Winterhold had 4 dragon skeletons in it. You could barely walk across it. A dragon spawned in Riverwood early on and before I could bring it down, it killed half the population, who have never been replaced. Same with Morthal.

At one point midway through, an NPC gave me a dungeon fetch quest. I fast-traveled to the dungeon, and had to kill a dragon. Then I went in the dungeon, got the item, and came out. There was another dragon. Killed it. Then I fast-traveled to the NPC's location and guess what? 2 dragons.

It's getting to the point where, even though there are lots of quests left to do, I'm so [censored] sick of killing dragons that I've almost lost interest in playing. Does anyone know if there is EVER a way to get them to spawn less? (I'm playing the 360 version, BTW.)

If you don't fast travel you don't seem to get so many random dragons - I walk everywhere and have only had about 6 or 7 random ones - and that's in 150 hours of play with 1 character.

I have noticed that they really do appear more after you have just fast travelled, so try to limit that if you can.

Thanks for the suggestions, but without fast traveling, the game would be boring and unplayable for me, unfortunately. I know a lot of people disagree, but I could not get as into Morrowind because of the lack of fast traveling. Without it, I would get very bored I'm afraid. It would be even more tedious than the constant dragon fights. Is there a solution that doesn't require playing it like it was archaically designed in the 90s?

When the Creation Kit is released i'm sure someone will make a mod to disable them after the main quest is finished - Or at least, vastly reduce their spawning rate.

I actually love the Dragon's and i too have come across a lot. That said though the fight's are a bit too easy and very predictable (flies in a circle, land's, repeat).
