What free program will let me see my fps ingame? would like an program with the least memory/cpu usage
Also if its possible, turning on/off with an button ingame would be nice to

FRAPS is a good choice. You can find it here:
http://www.fraps.com/

The full version costs $37 but they also have a free version.
If you're only going to use it to show your FPS the free version would work just fine, I think.
You can also toggle showing the FPS with a button.
