Is lvl 35 to late to start crafting, espicaily if you have never used any perks to enhance the talent tree?

Id say no but it depends how in depth you are planning to flesh out the trees and also depends if your damage trees are where you want then i personally just do it all at once then adjust according to what i need/want to be able to do
