Stuck Charater : V

So my Charater is stuck in a crack on a mountain. I can't fast travel away, I guess two monsters in cave below.

My guy wont even jump. Is their a comand i can use to get out off the situation?

on pc, use the console and type tcl. After you are out of the crack, go back to the console and type it in again

These are the same codes that worked with Morrowind and Oblivion. Try this page http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Console to get a better listing of them.

Yea, this is the forst elder scrolls game I played, but play on the PC.

Thats why so many questions.
