I love this weapon but I have to constantly recharge it. Is this basically the way it works with magical weapons? Stupid question, I know. Just want to make sure I'm not missing something. It's an awesome weapon but I'm charging it left and right.

Yes, you have to charge it. But what are you doing? Using it in normal battle? Cause even I don't have to charge it so much as you have been. Since my character is a sneak asassin, I'm not using the charge up so much.

Maybe you should use a weaker weapon for general enemies and switch the the Blade of Woe for more difficult enemies. It does decrease quite fast though.
