I've been running around howling and killing people for 2 hours and havent changed back
happens on every save too, no matter how far i backtrack
the number and severity of bugs in this game is truly awe-inspiring :rofl:

I'm assuming that waiting for a few days didn't solve it?

Sounds like it's time to go on the ultimate werewolf rampage. Or use console commands to remove the status, whichever you'd like most.
