when Todd said Tavern brawls...

Post » Sat Dec 10, 2011 12:28 pm

I was pretty sure he meant many people bar fighting.

and now I am saddened that is a duel type encounter.

I do like them, tho it could be better and what the heck kind of boxing is that its more like HXC dancing
or a kid not getting a present he/she wanted and throwing a tantrum waving he/she's arms wildly...

once again.

I hope we get more brawls, and random brawls in some DLC.

It just seems like that aspect is kinda few, and far between.

I hit you, you hit me, I hit you, you hit me, I hit you, you hit me, I hit you, you hit me.....

Pretty much sums up my experience with it.

I see no roundhouse kicks! Although I spose if you hand the controller to someone who has never played a game from the first person perspective (i.e my wife) you'd see a few floorpunches...

I find spamming one punch button to be the best approach to brawling. Kinda boring but hey.

I thought I was playing a final fantasy game... And whats with me having to punch a women in the face with power punches a hundred times, and still have the power to keep fighting me? I know she is a tough chick, but I was beating the [censored] out of her, but she wouldn't go down. It took me like 10 minutes of straight beatings to win.. I felt like a wimp..

Like most other side-features (marriage, economy, etc.), it's a very shallow and superficial afterthought, not a fully realized idea.

Ah, Tavern Brawls. They're fun, especially if you build for unarmed damage.

All you need to start a tavern brawl is to punch someone.
