Is it on every Guild quest rewards? I know Nightingale scales(would also like to know what's the max level scaling on it so I don't get a crappy version) what other guild quest rewards scale that you know? This seems like a really crappy system, they should just scale as you level up or you trade it in for the upgraded one like the Thieves Guild Armor you get when you join..

There is a list somewhere on UESP or wiki, named "Scaled items". I have been watching myself, although on my second playthrough i'm not doing anything til i'm over level 35 again.

In a thread I made, somebody said that Nightingale Armor(and the weapons) cap at level 35.

I got Nightingale at level 20 or so and now I'm level 38 and with upgrades and its better than a lot of the stuff I've got armour rating and weapon power go up with upgrades and skill level.. only the enchantments stay set.
