I have downloaded a whole bunch of editions for Oblivion on the 360 but, for some reason they are not applying to the game. They have worked for me before. I just tried to re download them. They downloaded successfully however, the add ons are not being applied to the game

Check the game version. I think there may be a game update that you need as well... (I don't play on the box.... so, take that with a grain or four of salt.)
