Now if you are like me you love the beast races of morrowind, but loved how they could stand right up and wear boots in oblivion. I'm not saying that they beast verison is bad or anything I just like the Upright version better. Well the only way that I have found so far to achieve this is with AlienSlof's Better Beast mod. However if you have tried it you know there is only one color and that would be the red scales for argonian's. It's nice at first but after a couple 100 hours, you want to see something else :/ So my questions are:
A) Has anyone done a race variation of Slof's Better Beast? (and by variation I mean COLOR variation)
B ) If no one has done a race variation, How would I personally go about doing such a thing? (I figure I will be doing a large amount of Google searching)

I just want to know if it's already been done, and if it hasn't how do I go about doing it myself. Any help would be greatly welcomed.

In version 1.2 of that mod, only the males with visible genitalia are red, the ones without are multi-color. Slof is very protective of her work, but if someone were to ask her nicely, I'm sure she would grant permission to recolor the beasts. She has quit Morrowind modding, so I wouldn't expect her to do it herself. You can contact her on http://www.wolflore.net and ask if you can recolor them. As for changing the colors, you can probably do so using the .dds files. Just don't redistribute them unless you have her permission.

Let's start at the beginning. No AlienSlof's Better Beasts are not the only option for upright beast races. It's simply one of the oldest and best remembered since AlienSlof is a very well known modder across 3 Beth games :shrug: The most current mod for upright beasts in Morrowind (that also features a plethora of different skins to choose from) is a combination of Liztail's New Beast Bodies and his animation mod.
