just wondering to be honest.i cannot decide on mine yet (have seen some fantastic parts of skyrim so far) from the top of the throat of the world,to the geysers,to the waterfalls,to the harbour i came across e.t.c. there was a place i found (unfortunately cannot remember it's name) that was a bandit camp.it had the most beautiful set of waterfalls that went up to the top of the mountain. over to you

it's indeed hard to choose
but I think the most impressive/surprising was the whole area around winterhold
especially the coast
it has such an arctic feel to it, almost gave me the chills XD
it's quite awesome IMO

Well, what is on Skyrim loses to what is beneath it ;)

Apart from that, the Rift is beautiful. Much like the real forests around here.

Not a particular area as such, but some of them waterfalls look gorgeous. And the lakes, pretty much every lake i've been to has looked good scenery-wise. I keep meaning to follow the rivers, but you know what its like when you see a butterfly, and you start thinking potions.

Half way up a mountain and still aint caught the sod.

I spend most of my time in the Pale hold. Whiterun is where my adventure began and ive grown attached to it. :)

Anywhere that doesn't stay white 100% of the time.

I prefer to stay in the southern part of Skyrim. I am partial to Riften in particular, although I live in Whiterun...but that is mainly because I had a ton of gear I was sick of lugging around with me everywhere I went. Hopefully, eventually, I will find a place to live i n my city of choice. BTW, If this is not possible, then please, KEEP IT TO YOURSELF. I'd prefer to find out on my own.

Don't like the snowy mountain areas plainly because of the god awful ground snow and rock textures (PS3) which is a huge dissapointment considering where the game is set. I'm loving the Rift at the moment, the autumnal scenes are spectacular.

The southern region around Falkreath and Riverwood, but the swamp of Morthal is cool as well ;)

I like that area between Riften and Windhelm, walking around that swampy and full of gazers place feels epic and further you can see huge snowy mountains.. :bonk:
