i have a problem with my fallout NV im trying to work for The NCR but i cant get or lose rep with them it also effects the legion i can kill a guy and they will say hi my best friend to me and walk as nothing happen is this a new bug or something from the new dlc? and when i get to a certion point in the game(then i got a mission to go to boulder city) everyone and i mean EVERYONE will get hostile
