While walking up the road from Falkreath to Riverwood, I ran into a Frightened Woman who had escaped from a bandit lair. She asked me for help, and I pointed her toward Falkreath, just down the road. I would have escorted her there, but she said she would be fine by herself. I did promise to find the bandit lair and clear it out.

After getting distracted by something off the side of the road, I decided to head back to Falkreath rather than continue on to Riverwood to sell some loot and get some new supplies. I found her on the side of the road, killed by a pack of wolves. I killed the beasts and said a prayer to the Nine over her. Too bad I couldn't give her a proper burial.

I saw the same woman, she was on the road next to Whiterun, within full view of the city, as she asked me the way to civilisation....

That poor woman's blood is on your hands, you heartless bastard. You let her go alone in this treacherous land? This is dragon country!

Yea... I saw that same women 3 bloody times... apparently the same bandits like to capture her and lock her up in the same cage and allow her to escape only to run and find me RIGHT next to a major City each time... asking for directions to any town.

I'm starting to think the bandits are using her to get me to go up to that fort... maybe?
