I heard somewhere (I think it was my cousin.) that if you carry an egg, such as a spider egg for long enough that it will hatch and become your companion. Is this true or was my cousin /trolling me?

This is true. However, if you have any fire seeds in your backpack there is a chance they will turn into omelets instead. I think they give 10 health when eaten.

I'd go with trolling. It would be on the net somewhere by now if possible as people have already raided the game files and the prima guide would almost certainly mention it also. Shame though, that would be cool.

I was afraid of that..would be a neat feature though. To enact revenge I will dress up in a 3-eyed Gorrilla outfit and beat the hell out of him. (Since Gorrillas are the closest thing in resemblance to a troll.)
